Renta 4 joins Kobus Partners, private equity firm specialized in renewable energy and energy infrastructure

Renta 4 Gestora has acquired the 30% of Kobus Partners, private equity firm specialized in renewables and energy infrastructure. With this acquisition, Renta 4 joins the board of directors of the firm and becomes a shareholder of reference in the company.

With the entry of Renta 4, Kobus consolidates its presence in the market as an independent investment platform dedicated to renewable energy and infrastructure. In words of its partners, “the entry of Renta 4 as shareholder expands our investor base and allows us to confront the challenges of the sector with a partner aligned in our main principles: independence, specialization and capacity to provide tailor-made solutions to our investors”.

With this transaction, Renta 4 broadens its offer of alternative investment solutions for its segment of institutional and private banking clients.
