Previously worked as Associate Director at Blackstone (Fisterra Energy), and Director of M&A at Element Power.
Carlos García-Monzón
Carlos has over 19 years of experience in the private equity and investment banking industry, completing transactions worth over €2.3 billion. Previously, he was responsible for Banco Santander's renewable energy investment arm in Spain (Cubico Sustainable Investments) and worked for JB Capital Markets, GBS Finanzas and Nazca Private Equity.
Pedro Diosdado
Over 20 years of experience in the Energy Sector management. Pedro leads the asset management of over 50 PV and Wind projects in 4 countries for over 20 different sponsors as General Manager of Blue Tree Asset Management. His career started at Deloitte as a Manager in the Energy, Technology and Telecommunications industry.
José María Basagoiti
Over 15 years of experience in the Energy Sector management and advisory. Since 2009 Jose María acts as Chief Commercial Officer in Blue Tree Asset Management. He began his career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen and worked in Euskaltel and as Project Manager in projects under development for Gamesa Solar.
Felipe Mesía
Felipe has more than 20 years of experience in the private equity and investment banking, focusing on the renewable energy industry, with transactions of equity and debt in excess of €1,000 MM. Previously, worked at RIVE Private Investment, JB Capital Markets, Banco Santander and Banesto.
Ana Pocklington
Ana has more than 15 years leading cross-border transactions, international deals, mergers and acquisitions, structured and project/asset financings, as well as acting as legal secretary for the group and supervising proceedings and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Kobus Partners, Ana developed her career at Uría Menéndez.
Enrique Pérez
Enrique has over 6 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, with exposure to the consumer, real estate and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Kobus Partners, Enrique was an analyst at Ardian's infrastructure arm in Madrid and previously worked at JB Capital Markets and Key Capital Partners.
Alfonso Encinas
Alfonso has over 6 years of experience in valuation, project finance and private equity, with exposure to the energy, infrastructure and real estate sectors. Prior to joining Kobus Partners, Alfonso worked as an associate in the Valuation and Project Finance team of EY in Madrid.
Alejandra de Cruz
Alejandra has more than 2 years of experience in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, international contracts and corporate compliance. Prior to joining Kobus Partners, Alejandra worked as a lawyer at the law firms De Andrés y Artíñano and Simmons & Simmons.
Javier Aliño
Javier has over 2 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, with exposure to the consumer, energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Kobus, Javier worked in the M&A teams of Lazard and Credit Agricole in Madrid and in the investment team of Advent International in Madrid.
Álvaro Roales
Álvaro has over 1 year of experience in valuation, project finance and private equity, with exposure to the energy and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Kobus, Alvaro worked as Production Manager at Sacyr and Acciona in Madrid.
Silvia Almaraz
Silvia has over 10 years of experience in the creation and improvement of internal procedures, in the organization of corporate events, negotiating with suppliers and administrative management. Before joining Kobus Partners, she worked as Executive Assistant for Shop.com and as Office Manager for KFC España (YUM Group).
