Kobus Asset Finance I, is a fund whose objective is to invest in power generation assets by financing them through senior debt instruments.
The Fund's investment targets are companies owning assets or projects at a mature stage of development, which meet the following main characteristics:
Electricity production, transformation or distribution facilities
Assets developed by companies with proven experience in the Spanish market
Assets whose construction, operation, maintenance and management will be carried out by companies with proven experience in the Spanish market
Medium-sized projects (between €10 million and €20 million in value per asset)
Located in Spain and Portugal, exceptionally up to 20% in other European geographies, as long as their currency is the Euro
