Kobus Renewable Energy I
KRE I, launched in 2016, is a club deal invested principally in 8 Brownfield photovoltaic projects mainly in Spain. With a total capacity of 12.5 MW, and a Regulatory Asset Value c. 75 €MM, the entire portfolio has been financial and operating reestructured, executing the exit in July 2019.
Kobus Renewable Energy II
KRE II, launched in 2017, is a FCR (Fondo de Capital Riesgo) regulated under CNMV, invested in equity Brownfield renewable energy infrastructure projects. This fund closed at 65 €MM, has 250 €MM of assets under management across the iberian península.
Kobus Renewable Energy III
KRE III, launched in 2019, is a FCR (Fondo de Capital Riesgo) regulated under CNMV, currently investing in equity and junior debt Greenfield (ready-to-build or under construction) or Brownfield renewable energy infrastructure projects. The Greenfield and Brownfield projects are mainly located and operated in Spain, Portugal and Italy.
